License Agreement

1. License Grant

By purchasing and downloading any digital products from HostBridge SIA, including but not limited to templates, logos, and plugins (the “Product(s)”), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Products under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Products for the following purposes:

  • Personal Use: You may use the Products for personal, non-commercial projects.
  • Commercial Use: You may use the Products for commercial purposes, such as on client websites, provided that the Product is not resold, redistributed, or used as part of a product for resale.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Products in their original or modified form.
  • Use the Products in a way that violates any laws or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Transfer the license to any third party without prior written consent from HostBridge SIA.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Products remain the property of HostBridge SIA. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Products, and you do not acquire any ownership interest in the Products by purchasing or using them.

5. Termination

This license will remain in effect until terminated. Your license will terminate automatically if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Products and delete any copies from your systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

HostBridge SIA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Products, even if HostBridge SIA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications

HostBridge SIA reserves the right to modify or amend this License Agreement at any time. Any updates to the Agreement will be posted on the website, and the new terms will apply to any future use of the Products.

8. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
